I apologize for the late response.
Thanks for using our Hello! Pro theme!
Have you had a chance to follow our Theme Setup Documentation?

Yes, I did but it doesn’t give any guidance on what to do if the templates are missing. I deleted the zip file and downloaded a clean copy but it didn’t make any difference.
ConsciousEmpires.com is essentially my dev site so I didn’t go through the full set up this time in case I need to do another reinstall. My live site is https://www.baresoul.co/ and has the same issue but I’ve worked around it with plugins.
The problem I’m having is that when I create new page in WordPress, under the page attributes section the only options that appear in “template” are default and landing. According to the demo there should also be options for archive, portfolio, blog and columns?
Did I miss something?

I hope I can help explain how we created the pages on our Demo site.
This page is a default Page with the Page Template option assigned to “Archive.” If you are not seeing the “Archive” page template then I would suggest performing any updates, or find out if another plugin is conflicting with Genesis. This page template is a part of the Genesis Framework (and the Hello! Pro theme simply uses it) so if it is not available then something is causing an error somewhere.
This page is automatically generated by Genesis. Once you publish some Blog Posts, you’ll be able to visit /blog/ on your site and you will see a list of your blog posts. You can change which categories appear here by going to Genesis > Theme Settings.
This page is a default Page with static content.
<div class="one-half first"> <p>This is the left column.</p> </div> <div class="one-half"> <p>This is the right column</p> </div>
This page is a default Page with static content. This Page has the Page Template option assigned to: “Landing” — this is the file called “page_landing.php” in the theme folder. If you do not have this file then you will not see this as a Page Template option.
This page is automatically generated by the “Genesis Portfolio Pro” plugin. Once you publish some Portfolio Items, you’ll be able to visit /portfolio/ on your site and you will see a grid of your portfolio items. You can change some of the options by going to Portfolio Items > Archive Settings.
I hope this helps determine your issues!
If you need further help please feel free to reach out.
Thanks again for using Hello! Pro!

Thanks Alex. Ok, so makes sense with portfolio and landing (which I do have) but there is still a problem with blog and archive pages.
If there is a plugin in conflict it’s not with Genesis it’s with Hello Pro. I’ve just activated four other themes with Genesis – one from Studio Press (Essence Pro) and three from third parties (Boss Pro, Business Pro and Divine). All four have the blog and archive pages as standard and then any other pages for there template.
I’ve just deactivated all of my plugins and there is still only the landing and default pages so I don’t really know where to go with this, I don’t know what could be causing it. Please advise.

Did you find a solution for this? I, too, am unable to get blog posts to display on the blog page and there is no Blog template available.

Here is a different solution to ensure your posts appear on a Blog page:
- Create a new blank Page, called “Blog” or anything you prefer.
- Next, go to Settings > Reading
- Assign the freshly-created page as your “Posts page.”
- Save the settings
- Visit your new Blog page to see the posts displayed.
- You can change some of the display settings for the Blog Archive, under Genesis > Settings.
Thanks again for using our Hello! Pro theme!

I got the problem solved now! I just set up a static “Home” page, and a static “Blog” page, and that’s it!
